wow thats quite the write up maybe one day people will feel like that about us. i'm pretty sure people will be excited about the things we have coming down the pipe in the future. i remember on one of my trips to montreal how HAZ and i were talking and he was telling me how pissed off roogie was about the lack of sales. i told him to tell him that the french language would put fans off and its their best bet to offer the original language and dubs where possible. if they had kicked off their venture with from the hiway in my humble opinion(only my opinion) things would have turned out much different as far as sales go. we have taken a much different route to establishing our selves. we want to earn peoples trust we value that more than $ we have stressed quality over quantity, taking fans wishes into consideration and have avoided rushing titles out and instead we try to complete them with our best combined efforts. i don't think they should have stopped as they brought something unique to the scene as in their focus on subtitles. after working on subtitles myself i can honestly say that is is not easy at all! but i think since they had such great chemistry together they will return again one day. and why not? the more fu the better for fans. also in my humble opinion (just my opinion) i think all of these fan release groups should try to combine their efforts for the benefit of all fans because the days of making loads of cash of boots are done! imagine if you will (excuse my dreamer mentality) you took houndslows remastering and source prints, fusubs sub expertise, toby's vast library of original language prints, FLK's dvd authoring, akumas and spannicks dubbing, jamals customer service and combined the effort with help from fans and collectors around the world(i forgot stiller he can pay for the prints for us :D ). the whole fandom would be without want, self sufficient and in my opinion without the effort to capitalize on the rarity of films would bring everyone together and eliminate the infighting that plagues the scene now. we have tried numerous times to reach out to other groups with mixed results sometime they embrace us sometimes we get slapped in the face but that does not discourage us, it has strengthened our reserve. we hold no grudge all things change so in the future there may be a great coming together of fans and collectors for every fan's good. so we must continue and stay active and wait for that great day. untill then we will do our best on each and every title we do. the purpose this site is to set up a system that allows fans to come together and with a bit of effort do for ourselves what companies are refusing to do. companies refuse to do it and sit on prints because they do not see a profit in it. we do it because we love the films and simply because no one else cares about these films and we just want them out there. we want to give a platform for like minded people to come together and combine an effort for something greater than selfish motives and cash grabs. $ seems to be the barrier between fans and stopping us all from enjoying the wealth of action cinema

is that a question for me? i meant what i said and are you saying that we did not try to reach out? believe me we did i reached out to many people i respect personally you and rogie included. do you deny that? what are you trying to say? if you have a personal problem with a particular person its best to solve it with that person not generalize or seek attention. for the record its always possible and always happening. new friendships are made everyday old ones mended new skills learned new prints found new co-operations formed. i have a forward thinking outlook and always look to the future. i believe our good friend rogie said it best. "why do you keep bringing up the past?" if monkey has offended you don't you think its best that you express your feelings to him there might be an understanding that can be made if you open your mind to it. anything is possible thats whats so good about being alive we always have a chance to change and also to forgive others as we would like to be forgiven for our own faults. i don't want you two going back and forth here and thats not the first time i have asked. monkey was not a part of the group originally when we started. we were open to him joining and he has added tremendously to the cause. he has become one of the leaders by way of example not with words so he has proven himself to me without a doubt to have integrity. if we never had an open mind to him when he expressed interest we would have never known how much he could have brought to the table. i think its about time you yourself open your mind to possibilities and remove the absolutes and negatives. as least when it comes to co-operation

really? i could be mistaken... i'm not against discussing it. if we discuss it and understand each others point of view maybe we could get past what ever barriers you say there is to co-operation. i still stand behind my statement that we wish to reach out to anyone that loves the fu.
if i have misunderstood you i am sorry but from what i read you made a few points let me know if i misunderstood you.
1. you question our seriousness about working together with others.
2. you say it's not possible to work together with other groups
3. monkey gift has spammed you? on KFC & FLK (here?)
4. we treat other groups with distain
my response to these points are 1. we are very serious about working with other groups and we do 2. we think its still possible to work with others and we do work with other groups currently 3. maybe you misunderstood monkey's intentions i think he was giving you helpful tips on remastering very much like the tips you offer here. you should speak directly to him to resolve your personal issue instead of dragging other people into any type of escalation. in the end it's YOUR personal issue. not your 'groups" or our "groups" generalizeing is dangerous in my opinion that is counter productive to any co-operation now or in future. 4. i don't think we have shown distain to other groups quite the oposite it is totaly possible that i may be wrong on your opinion but you should also consider that you may have choosen the wrong words to express your sentiments. everyone has a different style to approch misunderstandings/disagreements. i address them directly and ask for cliarifacation immediatly instead of letting bad feelings fester. i may be sounding like a broken record but i think people come to this forum to read about movies. in fact this thread is supposed to be about bruce and jackie to the rescue and we have gone way off course. i think the majority of readers here would rather not read any drama so i humbly ask if you feel the strong need to express strong opinions or wish to debate the validity of them please keep them for the debate section. we don't forbid people to express themselves we just wish them to post them in the correct area for opinion/debate. so we don't expose that don't want to read drama to it. we do not wish to turn off potential readers off, i hope you understand. if you want to continue the discussion i am willing to transfer the whole thing to the debate thread including my statement about working with others, so it does not disturb others. it might be the start of something great and i am positive everyone will understand each other more if things get put out in the open. but i would need your co-operation to do it if you are interested to put the whole thing to rest that is or you could carry it around in your mind unresolved. your choice but if you choose to ignore the invitation i am asking to please keep the drama or debate in the debate section. thank you and anyone else that wishes the debate thanks in advance. wouldn't you rather a solution to whats bothering you.
