due to the number of prints and projects availible to us we are looking to expand the team structure.
our idea is to expand to 4 editing teams. each team would work on one project per month and would consist of 2 subbers, 1 dub specialist, and 1 dvd author and/or photoshop expert. if you think you would like to help out or know someone with skills please let us know. we look forward to hearing from all of you.
we employ a loose structure and members are free to work on whatever projects they want to put forward or help out where they can.
