It's no secret that when it comes to DVD covers the industry is seriously neglecting the Kung Fu genre. Is it because of the lack of famous stars to put on the front cover... because most of these films are Asian and the big studios think the western audience don't give a sh** about foreign actors/films? Or is it simply that Kung Fu films are the last on the pile when it comes to design a DVD cover for the production/distribution studios?
With the poll above it will help me as a guideline for what fans want for DVD covers for our future projects and also to have a general idea of what people like to see in their collection.
Original of course, you can't forget Matt that we are doing our best to show people that Kung Fu flicks are good films as other genres! You are doing great job with all those covers, and I personaly think that you are very talented for that. Puting major actor always on the front page can be disgusting, companies that used to release fu flicks in USA and Europe mostly made awfull covers, with bad desing and "spirit". I think that covers are important even more then film itself!
