I know that director Takao Nakano used to work for pinky violence films. His films are something like erotic-demon movies and he made most of the during the '90s. I have seen several his flick and I must say that he isn't really normal guy , anyway I kinda respect his creativity . Matt has more info on this guy so he may help us.
Yes, I have a few of his early work. But I wouldn't categorize him as a "Pinku Violence" director. He's kind of in a micro sub-genre of Pinku. What he does his erotic films with girls cosplay and wrestling, all that thrown into some parodies of Japanese films. His most notorious work imo is the "Exorsister" series (4 films) which are kind of live-action adaptation of "Legend of the Overfiend" where girls are raped by tentacles, but here he uses vaccum tubes to make the tentacles. The fun of his films is that he doesn't have any budget at all or barely any and the girls aren't top actresses either.
In some of his first films it was almost straight porn with real sex and cumshots (all with mosaic) but by the mid-90's he concentrated more on simply erotic films with no hard scenes.
A very similar director who started up with hard and later made soft films and weird fun stuff is Noboru Iguchi who goes back and forth between porn and regular B-movies (probably to make money). He is mostly famous for:
- Machine Girl (2008) - Robo Geisha (2009) - Tomie: Unlimited (2011) - Zombie Ass: Toilet of the Dead (2011)
