It is!

Most of the additional footage is at the begining BEFORE where the U.S. opening credits starts,
there like a short prologue.

I read somewhere that the Japanese version is uncut.

No apparently the korean is like the chinese vers ....
The only full version uncut and intact version is the japanese one ;)

No Dani, The Korean has the intro intact like the Japanese version.
But the Japanese has extra bits and pieces along the rest of the film but didnt care to locate what exactly.
