An evil group of bandits known as the 13 Eagles are hunting a former top member, Chi Min Sing (Ti Lung). Chi is determined to stop the Eagles misdeeds, and meets a nameless wanderer (Fu Sheng) who helps him in his cause. However, Chi later finds there is more to this wanderer than meets the eye. This is a film with great performances from superb Fu sheng and Ti Lung. The two are ably supported by an awesome cast; Ku Feng in particular is stunning as the Eagles evil leader. The fight scenes are in keeping with the film as a whole, powerful and briliant.
