I rely don`t have any idea who those two actors could be. Anyway i guess that they are some local Taiwanese actors, or even theater actors. My advice is to ask someone that have very big knowlage about Taiwanese cinema. Also internet is full of wrong information, i know when i was trying to find who are those two actors from Big Boss 2, and then all sites said that their names are Hung Wang and Saan Saan lol, what is totally untrue. However i`ll try to help you with finding identity of those two, thats new challange for me.

the actors name is cho boon feng he mainly played in taiwan films so i assume he is taiwanese. he has appeared in tons of old school movies and made films right on through the early 90's wave of action films. i think he did porn too but i haven't seen those to confirm
