I think this is the best movie of Wang Yu...I saw the movie for the first time long ago..on videotape with bad quality...So it didnt impress me...Years later in the dvd era i came once again across the movie..This time remasterd..So i did buy it...and on an sunday afternoon i am gonna watch the movie...At the half of the movie i was thinking how did i miss this movie?...Menn Wang Yu was good...Before his arm cut off the fighting was a little bit lite...but after remastering the style of one armed swordplay he became fierce on the screen...Never seen Wang Yu so good..Acting and fighting...And that all of a man with no martial arts background...The story is standard revenge...Like most of the movies that days...The first time he was attackted in the restaurant was a very good scene...There i saw Wang Yu shining on the screen...Fierce, cool, macho...The look in his eyes like a wondering tiger..Bravo Wang Yu...I dont love Wang Yu so much because he is more actor then fighter but in this movie he was the MAN...
